Job Description
This Is An Entry Level Position. We Are Looking For Someone With Systems Engineering Experience Who Is Willing To Learn. In This Position, You Will Provide Systems Engineering Support For Z/OS Mainframe Operating System And Mainframe Infrastructure Software Products. You Will Perform Software Updates/Support, System Troubleshooting, System Design/Configuration And General Technical Support For Mainframe CVS Systems. You Will Also Support The Installation/Upgrade Of Z/OS And Third Party Software Products. Provide Technical Support To Customer Support Areas. Maintain Supporting Systems Configuration Management Documentation.

Required Qualifications
Computer Savvy &Amp; System Building: Technical Background And Demonstrated Knowledge Of Software And Hardware Knowledge Of Diagnostic Procedures To Achieve Rapid And Accurate Problem Isolation And Resolution. Resource Management: Highly Organized, Efficient Use And Management Of Supported Mainframe Systems. Communication Skills: Communicate Effectively And Positively With Colleagues, Suppliers And Customer Support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Background And Proven Knowledge Of Mainframe Computer Software And Hardware Is An Advantage.
- Knowledge And Experience Working With Z/OS Mainframe Systems Is A Plus.
