DUTIES:
- Contact technical operations and support for all production and development environments.
- Must work with development teams to assess their support needs to identify and provide resources to meet ambitious goals.
- Ensure all customer requests and operational issues are updated/resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist with external events including setup, event support and tear down.
- Passionate about providing great customer experience and support. Curiosity and ambition to
- look for ways to automate and improve service delivery.

- Assist with employee orientation so new employees are ready to work on their first day.
- Maintain inventory/asset management of company supplied equipment and software.
- Assist with audio/visual equipment setup and breakdowns, as well as conference room and video conferencing. Ability to work independently and respond quickly is essential, sometimes after hours and on weekends. In an emergency, you can contact a mobile phone.
- Local travel may be required.
Qualifications and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience installing and maintaining Windows 10, MacOS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange, TCP/IP-based networks (including DHCP, DNS, etc.), workstations and infrastructure hardware.
- Operating system configuration, management and support for desktop/laptop and servers
- Network: Experience troubleshooting network devices and infrastructure
- Experience using Okta or similar SAML and two-factor authentication solutions
- Experience with SCCM/Intune for Desktop OS implementation and software management
- Computer hardware: desktops, laptops, mobile devices, tablets and a wide range of devices and peripherals
- Game consoles: Good knowledge of current generations (Xbox Series X, PS5, Nintendo Switch, PC) is essential. Knowledge of development packages is considered an advantage
- Productivity tools: MS Office, video conferencing (Zoom), Slack
- Remote work solutions: VPN, VDI (Horizon View)
- Storage: Solid understanding of both local and NAS-based technologies (Netapp, Nutanix) and cloud-based solutions (Dropbox)
- Security: Thorough understanding of security standards and procedures
- Experience with PowerShell and scripting
- Experience in meeting room and AV technology
- Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent help desk system
- Experience with Perforce is a plus
- Excellent communication, teamwork and proactive communicator with a customer service attitude and focus on delivering an excellent end user experience.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in recording and reporting.
- Ability to effectively communicate with end users to resolve questions and issues and translate technical information and jargon to a non-technical audience.
