What To Expect
Tesla Is Seeking A Highly Motivated Program Manager To Join Our People Operations And Programs Team. The Program Manager Will Drive Business Process Change Initiatives And Software Development For Cross-Functional Teams Within The HR Organization. The Program Manager Will Lead Business Process Analysis, Key Metrics Definition And Data Analysis, Process And System Strategy Definition, Requirements Documentation, Internal And External Stakeholder Alignment, And Program Planning. The Program Manager Is Responsible For Tracking The Progress Of Initiatives, Communicating Program Status To Executive Leadership And Managing Accountability Across Business, Product And Engineering Teams. The Program Manager Will Develop A Deep Understanding Of Cross-Departmental Dependencies And Will Be Responsible For Managing The Resolution Of Cross-Functional Misalignment As Needed. This Role Requires A Strong And Dedicated Team Player Who Is Familiar With Business Operations, Is Strategic, Has Strong Analytical Skills, Attention To Detail And Works At A High Level.
