As A Sr Product Manager, You Will Work In A Product Agile Model And Collaborate With Stakeholders Within Target To Develop A Comprehensive Product Strategy, Relevant Roadmap And Set Key Business Objectives (Okrs) For Your Respective Product. You Need To Leverage Your Product Knowledge As Well As Identify Customer Feedback And Other Relevant Data Points To Assess Value, Develop Business Cases And Prioritize The Direction And Desired Outcomes, Implications For Your Product.
If You're A Visionary, You'll Learn How To Trade Short-Term Gains For Long-Term Goals. You Will Be The "Voice Of The Product" For Key Stakeholders (Eg Site Merchandising, Digital Operations, Marketing And Advertising) To Ensure Their Needs Are Met And Expertly Demystify Technical Complexity To The Customer And Business Value Within This Group. You Lead With Connection And Inclusiveness When Influencing Partners And Key Stakeholders. You Will Also Represent The "Guest Voice" On The Product Team (Ie Engineers, Data Scientists, UX And Data Analysts) And Ensure They Get The Direction And Support They Need To Be Successful. You Will Develop And Proactively Understand The Market, Maintain A Product Map And Backlog That Outline Customer Themes, Epics And Stories, Prioritizing The Backlog To Focus On Work With Maximum Impact On Your Team And Stakeholders.
You Will Foster An Open Exchange Of Information And Perspectives As Well As Motivate Others To Achieve Challenging Goals And High Standards Of Performance While Trusting The Direction Of The Organization.
