WHAT YOU TAKE
- Take responsibility for the company's budget process and act as the primary contact with department heads throughout the organization
- Prepares financial presentations and ad hoc analyzes for management and the board
- Assists in the cash forecasting process by ensuring that monthly and annual cash forecasts are prepared in a timely manner.
- Collaborates with other departments within the organization and assists them in providing timely, accurate and meaningful financial/business analyses. Acts as a point of contact and assists other departments in obtaining accurate financial information
- Collaborates with accounting and financial reporting teams to gain insight into relevant financial matters and report changes
- Coordinates, reviews and analyzes weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts
- Develop and maintain business rules in the forecasting system to streamline the forecasting process
- Maintains and improves dashboards to visualize T2 and label management forecast data
- Provides analytical, financial and presentation support for quarterly earnings calls
- Performs other duties as directed
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- We expect a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting or a similar field
- -6 years of work experience in corporate finance, investment banking and/or management consulting is beneficial (or other relevant experience in one of the aforementioned fields)
- You must have excellent data analysis skills
- Information from financial statements (PandL, balance sheet, cash flow) is required.
- Advanced Excel modeling and strong PowerPoint presentation skills
- Enterprise planning system and#0;Hyperion, Anaplanand#
- 1; and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
- Well organized and detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Proven ability to manage processes and people
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Must be a strong team player able to work with all departments and levels of the company
- Strong sense of urgency and able to perform well under pressure
- Flexible to meet tight deadlines
- Independent, fast learner, proactive and highly motivated
- Willing to get into the weeds and participate in data mining and validation
