Job Description
Sr. Product Management The Management Position Is Responsible For The Development And Implementation Of Digital Products/Initiatives For Internal And External Aetna International Customers. A Deep Understanding Of Customer Needs Analysis Is Required With Responsibility For Prioritizing Digital Enhancements That Help Meet Business Objectives. This Role Will Work Closely With Stakeholders And The IT Development Team To Ensure Digital Product Delivery Is Aligned With Digital Design Principles.
Job Responsibility
- Responsible For Aetna International's Digital Product Strategy, Vision And Product Backlog. - Use Customer Feedback, Detailed Market Analysis And Data Collection To Inform Product Strategy And Plan
- Define And Manage Metrics To Measure The Success Of Your Efforts And Inform Your Overall Product Strategy
- Know Your Customer; Invest Valuable Time In Talking To Your Current And Potential Customers To Understand Their Needs And Behaviors
- Participate In Build, Test And Learn Activities To Quickly Validate Assumptions And Product Direction
- Documentation Of Key Processes Influencing Customer Journeys Along With The Ability To Outline Business User Acceptance Criteria And Testing Methodology
- Break Down Complex Problems Into Smaller Manageable Tasks By Creating And Prioritizing Backlogs For The Development Team (Agile Delivery)
- Drive The Creation Of Business Cases And Have A Deep Understanding Of Business ROI
- Manage The Product Backlog, Create An Effective Vision And Provide Timely Feedback From Stakeholders On Development Iterations
- Ensure Successful Implementation Of Development Standards To Ensure Tight Feedback And Clarity
Product Definition
- Train Members Of The Cross-Functional Development Organization On How To Collaborate And Generate Ideas, Consumer Research, Test Design And Implementation, Measurement, Product Implementation, Customer Interaction And Go-To-Market
- Consult With Business And IT Stakeholders During Project Execution To Ensure Business Expectations Are Met. Lead Reporting And Presentation Of Digital Projects To Executives.
- Identify And Develop Services And Service Level Agreements (Slas); Training Of Senior Service Managers
Relevant Information And Continuous Improvement Of Relevant Processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Product Manager Experience In A Fast-Paced Environment.
- Proven Experience Working On Projects, Tracking Milestones And Assessing Risks.
- Ability To Work Effectively With Project Obstacles.
- Experience With UX Design Advocacy In Large Business And Technology Organizations
- Healthcare Is A Plus
- Excellent Written, Oral And Visual Communication Skills
