Rondel Sr. Manager, Sales Development Plays A Key Role In Helping Our Partner Solutions Group (PSG) Achieve Their Quarterly And Annual Financial Goals. They Work Closely With The PSG Leadership Team To Identify Skill Gaps And Explore Areas Of Development Opportunity For Our Account Executives &Amp; Managers. Rondel Sr. Manager, Sales Development Works With Roundel Learning And 3rd Party Experts To Create Evergreen Sales Training Plans/Experiences To Help Grow Our PSG Team And Equip Them To Influence And Maximize Partnerships With Our Clients. They Set The Benchmarks, Expectations And Rubrics In Roundel's Sales Approach To Help Our PSG Organization Consistently Build Strong Relationships With Clients Across All Sales Verticals. The Trainer Will Work With Our Go-To-Market (GTM) To Ensure Our PSG Team Is Equipped To Go To Market With Our New/Improved Products.
Rondel Sr. Manager, Sales Development Has A Key Role In Onboarding All New PSG Team Members To Help Them Strengthen Roundel's Sales Approach And Become A Strong Representative Of Roundel In The Market. They Will Have Experience Onboarding Account Executives To Ensure They Are Market Ready. Rondel Sr. Sales Development Manager Is Also Responsible For Coaching Members Of The Sales Team 1:1 Including Market Management To Gain Insight Into How Best To Help The Team Succeed. Ultimately, They Champion Sales Enablement That Helps Our Individual Salespeople Reach Their Full Potential.
Responsibilities:
- Set Annual Learning And Development Goals For The Partner Solutions Team
- Conduct Skills Gap Analyzes To Identify Areas For Improvement
- Improves Sales Metrics And Close Ratios And Optimizes Sales Cycle Management
- Partner With Instructional Design Team To Design AE And AM Assessment/Evaluation, Sales Simulation For Development, And Sales Certification Program
Responsible For The Onboarding Experience Of New Aes
- Observe And Coach AE Performance - Participate In Customer Interactions To Improve Sales Skills Of Reps.
- Assist Sales Directors And Aes In Identifying Sales Activities And Tactics To Help Them Achieve Their Sales Goals And Meet Customer Needs.
- Well-Versed And Knowledgeable About All Products And Services - Serves As An Authority On Role-Playing And Models Effective Teaching Skills.
- Keeps Abreast Of Sales Strategies, Trends, Initiatives And Best Practices.
- Develop A Mentoring Program For Aes Who Do Not Reach 80% Of Their Assigned Quota - Create Individual Development Plans In Collaboration With The Sales Director.
