Main Responsibilities:
Communicate Complex Information, Concepts And Standards In A Confident And Well-Organized Manner Through Oral, Written And Visual Means And Are Attuned To Audiences Including Multiple Levels Of Management.
- Collaborate With Digital Technology And Business Teams As Well As Other Internal/External Partners To Build Relationships That Support Accountability
- Conduct Regulatory Compliance And Risk Assessments To Identify And Mitigate Compliance And Cyber Risks
- Provide Guidance On Regulatory Expectations, Industry Practices And Appropriate Controls
Conducting Various Internal And External Audits/Audits Such As General Data Protection Regulation, Federal Acquisition Regulation Amendment, Payment Card Industry, Sarbanes-Oxley
- Conduct External Security Reviews And Compliance Assessments
- Develop And Implement Policies, Standards To Support Cybersecurity Activities And Comply With Business Or Organizational Requirements
- Lead And Implement Engaging And Valuable Learning Opportunities Across A Global Workforce To Reduce Cyber Risk To The Business
These Programs Include Immersive Learning (Desktop Practice, Lunch And Learn), Microlearning (Email, Survey, Media Communications, Etc.), And Stimulating Training And Cyber Remedial Programs (Cyber Certifications, Reward Programs, Etc.).
- Interpret And Apply Applicable Laws, Regulations, Policies And Related Guidance To Implement Or Improve Processes Or Programs And Identify Gaps In Supporting Cybersecurity Accountability

- Ability To Evaluate Security Controls Based On Cybersecurity Principles And Principles
- Ability To Communicate With All Levels Of Management (E.G. Interpersonal Skills, Presence, Effective Listening, Appropriate Use Of Style And Language For Audiences)
Experience Interpreting Patterns Of Non-Compliance To Determine Their Impact On The Level Of Risk And/Or Overall Effectiveness Of An Enterprise Cybersecurity Program
- Ability To Work In A Dynamic Environment With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Priorities
- Must Be Legally Authorized To Work In The United States For Any Employer Without Sponsorship
