Description
Amazon Data Services (Thailand) Data Center Security Group Is Looking For An Excellent And Motivated Security Systems Project Manager To Join Our Team. The Team Is Responsible For The Design, Installation And Integration Of Security System Equipment, Including But Not Limited To Access Control / Intrusion Detection Systems And Cctv Surveillance Systems. You Are Also Responsible For Continuously Monitoring Current Standards And Keeping Pace With The Development Of New Technologies That Improve The Physical Security Of Aws Data Centers And Co-Locations. You Will Work Directly With The Cluster Security Manager, Security Manager And Regional Security Program Managers, Infrastructure Operations And Construction Teams, And Other Customers, Both Internal And External, To Integrate Business Requirements Into The Design And Implementation Of Physical Security Systems. Your Work Will Include Supporting The Creation And Deployment Of Physical Security Packages For All Aws Data Centers And Co-Locations In The Cluster. You Will Also Work Closely With Contractors And Suppliers To Ensure All Safety Standards Are Met During Project Construction, Testing And Acceptance. The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Demonstrate The Ability To Work Across All Disciplines At All Levels; From Technology Research To System Design And Layout, Construction Management And Implementation, As Well As System Lifetime Maintenance And Upgrades. You Will Have A Deep Understanding Of Security Technologies, Be Innovative, Highly Organized And Demonstrate The Ability To Deliver Results On Time And Within Budget.
Main Job Duties
- Oversee The Installation Of Approved Physical Security System Hardware, Including But Not Limited To Access Control Devices, Intrusion Detection Devices, Cctv And Other Components Of Physical Security Systems.
- Design Of Physical Security Systems For New Construction, Expansion And Modernization Projects. · Prepare Safety Design Standards, Typical Drawings And Technical Specification Documents For Projects For Pricing Purposes With Approved Vendors. Review And Ensure The Quality Of Supplier Bids. Submit Complete And Accurate Vendor Bid Packages To The Infrastructure Technical Project Manager To Include Project Requirements.
- Project Management Of Multiple Projects Of Simultaneous Installations And Suppliers Of Security Systems. · Subject Matter Expert For Testing And Acceptance Of Physical Security Systems And Ensuring Operational Readiness For Project Completion.
- Prepare And Archive Project Closure Documentation. · Report On Vendor Performance Metrics Related To System Installation, Service Delivery, And Equipment Availability/Reliability.

Basic Qualifications
+ 5 Years Of Experience In Operation Management And Installation Of Physical Security Systems. Experience As A Program Manager Of Physical Security For Large And Complex Installations Is A Must. Knowledge And Experience In The Field Of Security Integrators. Ability To Travel. Ability To Interpret Program Objectives, Create Project Schedules And Manage Adherence To Established Schedules. ·
- Ability To Communicate Effectively With Technical And Non-Technical Individuals Regarding Physical Security Standards And System Designs. · Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
- Knowledge Of All Microsoft Office Applications. Have Demonstrable Detail-Oriented Experience With Proven Ability To Self-Motivate And Follow Through On Projects.
