Our facility agents provide hospitality to Southwest's internal and external customers within the facility warehouse, on the aircraft, and on the ramp. This role advises the cabin prior to flight departure by preparing the aircraft with snacks and beverages, works with crew members to ensure high quality flight services and works with ground operations teams to complete tasks within set times. Provisioning Agents are detail oriented and enjoy working in a dynamic and secure environment.

A union based role which involves working assigned shifts based on seniority. Shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities
Work in the warehouse, preparing goods for storage and operating high-lift and pallet jacks as needed
Pack and repack liquor, beer, wine and complete inventory using electronic devices
Loads and stores several bags of ice for loading onto trucks. Can handle 30 or more bags of ice per day per shift
Prepares perishable goods for aircraft storage
Check flight information and plan flights with refreshments. Combines snacks used for future trips
Pack and repack entertainment kits and ensure the aircraft is equipped with such kits.
Keep work area clean by sweeping, mopping, taking down counter tops and organizing warehouse supplies
Maintains the facility truck in a clean and orderly manner. It prepares for the delivery of flights by regularly stocking trucks with goods from the warehouse
