The Project Manager position is responsible for leading capital planning projects at one or more of the ten (10) terminals in the Northeast region. The primary focus of this role is to manage the project development and execution processes for all projects, developing technical scope, safe work plans, cost estimates, procurement strategy, contractor management and execution strategy to ensure safe, on-time and on-budget execution. . . project implementation.

- Use engineering and industry knowledge to ensure technical scopes of projects are developed in accordance with company design and engineering standards, policies and procedures.
- Manage the AFE development and approval process to meet projected expenditures, allocated resources, and project timelines.
- Use knowledge and understanding of tanks, piping, rotating equipment, vapor barriers, electrical and instrumentation, mechanical system integrity and compliance when defining project scope and capital investment to ensure cost-effective investment reliability. compliance and service improvement.
- Support terminal OandM functions by collaborating to identify and implement new technologies to improve reliability, maintain regulatory compliance and reduce OandM costs.
- Ensure that all projects and regulatory registrations are managed in such a way that it is possible to recreate all necessary documents that can be investigated by regulatory authorities.
- Expand current basic knowledge of mechanical, civil, chemical, electrical and related engineering codes related to the field.
