Basic Qualifications
- Strong Human Research Background With A Clear Understanding Of The Study Life Cycle
- Experience Working With And Managing External Websites And/Or Vendor Management
- Strong Organizational And Leadership Skills With A Track Record Of On-Time Project Delivery
- Experience Conducting Virtual And/Or Remote Studies And Knowledge Of Conducting Clinical Trials With Hardware/Software Devices
- Ability To Solve Problems And Think Critically
- Experience With Project/Study Level Budgeting And Financial Forecasting
Description
Study Project Managers Are Responsible For Leading Study Strategy And Implementation, Presenting Study Milestones And Timetables Internally And With External Partners. A Project Manager Prioritizes Issues And Follows The Details As Well As Being In Touch With The Bigger Picture. They Must Be Reliable Organizers Who Work With The Most Experienced In-House Hardware And Software Design Teams And External Teams To Achieve Successful Studies That Meet Timelines And Data Quality Requirements. The Study Project Manager Must Have A Good Understanding Of The Human Studies Life Cycle, A Good Knowledge Of Domestic And International Regulations, Experience In Conducting Virtual And/Or Distance Studies, And Experience In Managing A Study Budget.
Finally, This Person Should Be Adaptable To Conducting Studies With Varying Levels Of Data Collection Requirements.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is Flexible And Can Respond To Change Quickly, Quickly And Enthusiastically. Cross-Functional Communication Skills And Experience Are Essential. This Person Will Interface With All Disciplines For Engineering Design, Data Analysis, Legal, Business Development And Other Project Management Teams. Exposure To And Familiarity With The Changing Dynamics Of Research And Development Is Highly Desirable.
The Study Project Leader Will Develop Strategy And Maintain Communication With External Trial Sites; Ensure Study Compliance With Domestic/International Regulations; Maintain Project Schedules; Understand And Manage Budgets; Multifunctional Organization, Communication And Management; Create Meetings And Document Action Points And Progress; Report And Present Project Status And Schedules To Senior Management.
