As a Product Manager, you will be asked to:
- Use analytical skills and rigorous thinking to work cross-functionally, define key new features and tenaciously drive these projects forward.
- Work closely with clients and other NEER Capital teams to develop intelligent and creative software solutions to our clients' problems and ensure NEER Capital delivers the best software possible.
- Project manages all aspects of software development, including customer research, feature design, creation of mockups and user stories, design development, launch and growth, and key metrics development and reporting.

Duties and responsibilities
- Supports product managers in creating and implementing channel and product growth strategy
- Provides Product Manager efforts to identify, develop and implement new products that support group goals
- Supports business-to-business (B2C) activities through internal and external partners
- Coordinate with customer service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of concerns with minimal impact
- Works with the Director to achieve operational consensus and obtain consent for departmental work from multiple internal key stakeholders.
- Develops an understanding and has a positive impact on the economy of the group's products
- Works with management to establish, build and maintain relationships with product suppliers
- Performs other professional duties as assigned
