You Are A Customer-Oriented Leader Who Plays An Important Role In The Planning And Implementation Of The Facility's Network Infrastructure Including New Construction, Renovations, Expansions And Program Initiatives. Collaborate With Internal Customers And Internal/External Stakeholders, Work As A Team And Ensure Timely Handover Becomes Part Of Your Critical Tasks.

Main Job Duties
- Collaborate Independently With Internal And External Teams To Successfully Manage The Life Cycle Of Challenging Projects And Act As The Owner Of Meeting Project Goals And Objectives. Projects Can Span Organizations Or Geographies To Support Business Objectives.
- Actively Participate In Extensive Technical Reviews And Have A Tangible Impact On Proposed Solutions For Individual System Or Components, Overall System Architecture And Facility Processes.
- Collaborate With Internal Teams, Stakeholders And External Vendors To Establish Project Priorities, Establish Milestones And Manage Schedules To Meet Deadlines. Proactively Evaluate Dependencies And Milestones With Stakeholders, Resolve Issues And Drive Solutions To Minimize The Impact Of Issues.
- Lead And Coordinate All Efforts To Implement System Deliveries And Automated Equipment Designs According To Established Norms And Standards. Perform Equipment/System Installation, Flow And Safety Qualifications. Simplify, Optimize, Remove Bottlenecks And Provide Feedback When Solving Complex System Problems Or Technical Deficiencies.
- Lead Effective Meetings By Setting Goals, Putting The Right People In The Room, And Managing Detailed Business And Technical Discussions/Alignment. Documenting Meeting Discussions, Decisions And Future Steps, Ensuring Alignment Of Expectations With Internal Partner Teams And External Vendors.
- Prompt And Accurate Communication Of Project Status, Risk Analysis And Risk Mitigation Plans. Answer Project Questions Effectively And In Detail And Consistently Produce Clear And Concise Project Summaries For The Leadership/Management Team.
