The national sales manager is responsible for:
- Build and maintain successful, high-level relationships with key clients in our regions of the country (SE, SE and Midwest/East).
- You will be responsible for the implementation of the national sales strategy

Job overview
This position is responsible for managing revenue and volume targets assigned to channel partners. Managers in this position guide channel salespeople with guidance on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensures effective implementation of strategies designed to achieve company goals
- Participates in the budgeting, forecasting and annual planning process to ensure that adequate resources are available to meet set goals.
- Collect and share industry information to keep employees aware of current industry trends
- Gathers and communicates competitive intelligence to ensure senior management is aware of current market trends
- Identifying and recruiting potential partners by screening new partners through the qualification and onboarding process
- Manages the payment of commissions to partners
- Assist partners with revenue generating activities (webinars, conference calls, lunches and lessons, etc.).
- Negotiate contracts with partners and clients
- Trains all new and existing collaborative partners, employees and sub-agents of partners
- Performs other work related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: 8 years
- Supervisor/management experience: 2 years
