Summary Of Work
The HR Information Systems Analyst Is A Member Of The HRIS Human Resources Information Systems Team Within The Global Human Resources Division. Collaborate With Areas Such As HR, IT, Finance And Payroll To Support And Improve Core HR Systems, Configurations, Security, Data Analytics And Reporting While Changing Ambiguity, Risk And Project Direction To Meet Deadlines. Provides End-User Support For Functional And Process-Related Issues, Makes Recommendations For Process And System Improvements, And Works With Business IT To Document Project And Enhancement Requirements. Responsible For Creating Standard Queries And Reports And Analyzing Employee Related Data. Consults With Business Users To Understand Business Requirements, Data And Reporting Needs. Makes Recommendations And Identifies Opportunities For Improvement In HR Functional Areas Through Trend Analysis.
Responsibility
- System Configuration And Maintenance Of System Study Configuration And FACINESS Systems Maintenance Preparation For Tests And Communications
- It Provides Users To Configure System Configurations And Recommendations For Improvement And Cheap Systems To Access Systems To Access Systems To Access Systems And Instructions
- Instructions For Solving The System And Coordination Of Implementation And Release
- Perform Test Scripts To Test New Data Elements And Release; Documents And Analysis Of Test Results
- Development Of System Documentation And Process To Support Communication With Each New Process Or Implementation And Support For Profin Users
- Cooperate With The Relevant Parties Within The Financial Prospects And Other Related Departments That Help Participate In Strong And Related Systems
Performs Data Quality Checks To Identify Data Problems And Show In HRIIS Management
- Consultants To Users On The Basis Of A Center Level Reporting How To Use Data To Support Customers From Client Messages And Business Decisions
- Early And Implemented Standard And Implemented Standard And Ad-Hoc Messages That Get Data From Multiple Sources And Adventure Systems For Formation And Processing
- Partners In Areas Such As Financial And Pay For Ensuring The Quality Of Data And Analysis Of The Requirements For Non -Technical Customers
- Analysis And Compare HR Data On Multiple Systems Data And Create Recommendations To The Appropriate Parties That Prepare And Various HR Data Results
- Provide Project Support And Can Lead And Enable Part Of A Larger Project And Implement, Including Testing And Documentation Coordinating Active Teams
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree And At Least 3 Years As A High School Diploma And At Least 3 Years Of Experience Analysis And Reporting Data Analysis
- Experience The Configurable Development And Testing Of HRIS Systems Such As SAP Ex.
- Experience That Provides Customer Service To Internal And External Customers, Including Quality For Services For Customer Service Services And Customer Satisfaction Evaluation. Experience Analyzing And Reporting Data To Identify Trends In Issues Or Exceptions To Improve Results And Find Solutions.
- Experience Developing Ways To Achieve Goals With Little Or No Supervision Depending On Yourself To Achieve Goals And Determine When Issues Need To Be Escalated. Today's Level Of Knowledge In Microsoft Excel, For Example, Using The SUM Function, Setting Margins, Setting Column Widths, Inserting Charts Using Text Wrapping, Setting Headers And Footers, And/Or Print Scale.
- Willingness To Travel Up To/At Least 5% Of The Time For Business Purposes (In And Out Of State)

- Experience Supporting HRIS
- Experience With SAP Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Compensation Module, Learning Management System, Performance Management And Succession Planning Modules
- Experience Using Basic SQL Skills Such As Creating Queries, Re-Adding And Deleting Data And Creating And Maintaining Queries On Tables And Updating Databases Using SQL Statements Etc.
- Experience Applying Time Management Skills Such As Prioritizing, Organizing And Tracking Details And Meeting Deadlines On Multiple Projects With Varying Completion Dates
- Project Management Experience, Eg: Organizing Planning And Managing Resources To Successfully Complete Specific Project Goals And Objectives
- Experience Delivering Technical Information To Non-Technical Audiences
- Experience Gathering Requirements For Solution Development And Integration Of Cross-Functional System Solutions
