We are looking for a CFO to join the Global Business Services (GBS) team as a Finance and Business Partnership Manager. They lead a finance team of 17 and serve as the main business partner to the GBS Senior VP. This role provides strong financial oversight, compliance and timely and accurate financial reporting and forecasting. In addition, the position holder will provide valuable decision support, identify and implement operational improvements, and develop a strong finance team.

what will you do
You will own all financial functions of the GBS function including Global Procurement, Supply Chain, Shared Service Centers, Practical Process Improvement (PPI), Operational Project Management, Payroll, Real Estate and Sustainability. This role leverages shared financial services and global accounting teams to complete month-end closes and forecasting cycles. This role is responsible for providing reporting, analysis and forecasting financial performance. These functions report to the group through standard reporting system packages and monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
You will provide business partnerships to senior executives in global procurement, PPI and supply chain. An important part of this support is the provision of business consolidation and analysis for direct/indirect procurement savings and PPI savings. Close partnership with functional teams and businesses to help develop future procurement and project pipelines is critical for the team to achieve its goals.
As a member of the company-wide Operations Leadership Council (OLC), you will work to identify productivity opportunities in waste, absorption, freight, and customs and warranty issues, and sponsor or provide cause analysis and recommendations to reduce lost productivity.
This position plays a key role in the supply chain function and the respective business finance and operations teams in building the capabilities of the department. We are looking for a collaborative member of the finance team to help define processes, standards and improvement projects for targeted companies. A key requirement of this position is to develop intellectual curiosity and provide ad hoc support to projects to gain knowledge / insight into supply chain inefficiencies. Lead shared services finance operations by overseeing the finances of three shared services centers and increasing accountability for productivity, management, performance metrics and site auditing/compliance. Lead the development of business models for new work coming to the center and prepare and submit approval documents to Sr. For guidance. Lead long-term strategic planning initiatives and models, AOP planning and allocation methodologies.
We need someone to advocate for the Financial Management Standard Processes team and lead compliance and communication of productivity guidelines. Develop regular communication with team members to manage and communicate standard processes and ensure the FAQ library is continuously updated and accessible to team members. How do you get here?
