Job description:
People in southwestern aircraft who gather our goal are to connect with people who cause their lives their lives with friendly and reliable air transport. The Systems/Voice Engineer invests in the future of Southwest's people by supporting the Enterprise Contact Center Solutions team with the management of 14 contact centers converted to a phone system. This role will oversee the implementation of this new system, assist with troubleshooting and provide guidance and support to each center during the transition process. The Systems/Voice Engineer is a strong communicator with a strategic mindset who enjoys developing solutions to complex problems to drive the future of Southwest Technology.

This role is offered as a remote position that may require travel to training, meetings, conferences, etc. Apart from mandatory visits, you can spend most of your working time at a remote location, outside our company premises. Please note that although this is a remote position, there is a limited group of states or localities that are not eligible for employees to perform their work off-site on a regular basis. These ineligible locations are: Alaska, Delaware, New Jersey, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities
