As A Data Manager For The Purchasing Department, You Will Be Responsible For Maintaining Data In The Systems That Support The Starbucks Supply Chain, Which Is One Of The Keys To Our Success Today. You Will Also Provide Day-To-Day Support To Partners (Employees) And Suppliers Who Need Assistance With System Inputs.

As A Data Controller, You Can...
- Enters Information Into Databases And Coordinates Regular And Emergency Database Maintenance To Maintain Information. Handles Data Modification Requests And Can Modify Information In Related Spreadsheet Files Or Templates. It Keeps History Files And Problem Logs For Each Monthly System Download And Analyzes Trends.
- Communicates Dates And Time Matters To Management As Needed.
- It Works Independently Of Data Integrity Monitoring As Defined In The Procedures Departments
- Data Accuracy Is Guaranteed. Conduct System Audits To Ensure That Shared Applications Across The Organization Are Accurate. Resolves Any Inconsistencies In The Data By Determining The Source Of The Inconsistency And Tracking Issues For Resolution.
- Serves As A Subject Matter Expert On Cross-Functional Teams And Projects In Support Of Key Business Objectives. Represents Business Unit Data Requirements Or Educates About Data Availability And Suitability. Can Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Resolve Process Issues And Identify More Effective Methods To Support Business Needs.
