ALL ABOUT FOOD AND DRINK
The Food and Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, in stock, accurately priced and signed off on the selling floor. They are experts in operations, processes and efficiency. This team drives grocery and restaurant processes including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signatures processes for all F&B areas of the store.

- Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture on your team
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry fundamentals: department sales trends, freshness and quality, inventory management, guest buying patterns, and pricing and promotion strategies.
- Skills in planning the daily/weekly workload of departments to support business priorities and achieve sales targets
- Experience leading a team of hourly team members; including skills to interview, develop, train, evaluate and retain talent
As a food service team leader, no two days are the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
- Understand sales targets, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to achieve departmental and store sales targets and guest engagement. Including planning for food service transitions, reviews, sales plans, samples, promotions, and price change workload.
- Work on a schedule that aligns with business and guest needs (this includes early morning, evening, night and weekend shifts)
- Model of guest service standards; offering a fresh and complete area during all opening hours, developing experts who share product knowledge with the guest
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience. Expectations, training and coach model to deliver the service standard
- Evaluate the food service of the house, the production areas, the gastronomic spaces and the marketing spaces to ensure adequate food safety and inventory levels
- Walk daily standards of food and drinks and food service routines to evaluate priorities and review relationships to identify commercial monitoring gaps
- Guarantee the correct execution of all food safety standards and cleaning routines
- Validation and follow the progress of experts with respect to the routines of verification lists and departments
- Conduct your team to defend and maintain all Starbucks brand standards and pizza Hut and production specifications (if necessary)
- Promote a production relationship with your DM Starbucks (if applicable), participate in the planning and business meetings requested in the shop and monitoring the key conclusions of your time in your shop
- Guarantee the correct execution of all food safety standards and cleaning routines
- Make sure the precise minutes make the orders started by the shop according to the best practices
- Follow the adequate perishable surgery management procedures to guarantee a precise inventory registration
- Make production decisions just in time to guarantee freshness, minutes, sales and profitability are obtained all day, every day, every day
- Wait and allow experts to keep up with relevant trends and products.
- Evaluate and recommend candidates for open positions and develop a team focused on guests
- Guides the incorporation of the equipment and learning and close gaps in knowledge and skills through training and experiences
- Establish clear objectives and expectations and keep the members of the team for expectations
- Complete all Starbucks and/or Pizza Hut training requirements and certifications of training
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical behavior, security and compliance; Lead the team to work in the same way and keep others with this commitment
- Leading and believing a culture of safety defense by understanding how security affects its role and that of your team, identifying and correcting the dangers and keeping the team safe for the benefit of themselves and others.

- If appropriate, as a key door, follow all training and safe processes
- Management of the needs of the shop (emergency visits, regulation, etc.)
- Log in to all areas of the building to respond to the problems of guests or team members
- Support guests of guests such as the backup cashier, the collection of orders (Opu) and the transmission (DU) and maintain a culture of conformity by performing these tasks, such as compliance with the laws on federal, state and local drinks for adults.

But there are some skills you should have right away:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong interest and knowledge of the restaurant industry.

- Flexible working hours (e.g. nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance required
- Handle and move goods in refrigerators and freezers up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present
