My assigned customer service representative receives and handles customer calls, acts as a comprehensive point of contact for customers and resolves customer issues. Collaborates with the Customer Service team to perform overall call center and improve customer service operations to exceed our customers' expectations.
- Flexible part-time working hours - 8.30am-1.30pm, 10.00am-3.00pm or 3.00pm-8.00pm
- Full-time training program 8:30-17:00
- Salary can be up to $20.50 per hour depending on experience
- Hybrid work at home opportunities in 120 days
- Shift gap bonus for hours worked outside normal working hours
- Must live within driving distance of Windsor, CT

II. Main duties and responsibilities
- To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to satisfactorily perform all essential functions.
- Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Responds to customer service inquiries and handles independently and skillfully demanding transactions in the business segment:
- Conveys information concisely and accurately.
- Enhances understanding of customer needs, problems and desires. Acts as an advocate for the client, solving problems on behalf of the client, involving the right department and people in waste management.
- Scale up more complex issues to the appropriate level.
- Uses an authorized system to collect data, transmit data and/or update customer data.
- Provides standard information and training on service options, payments, billing and contracts.
- Adheres to service and operational standards set for the call center, including quality, productivity, machine service, safety and on-time goals.
