Position Summary
The client Service Representative provides backing to passengers and crew throughout the different stages of trip through our Jet Aviation FBOs. This position serves as the main point of contact for service requests, inquiries, suggestions, and complaints.
Minimal Conditions
- High School Parchment/ GED
- Capability to read and communicate in English
- Capability to work flexible schedules and in colorful rainfall conditions
- Must have a valid motorists license
- Must gain an Airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment
Main liabilities
- Provides new and living guests with the stylish possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints in a warm, friendly, and regardful manner
- Resolves client inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively
- Provides product and service information to guests and identifies upselling openings to maintain and increase income aqueducts from client connections
- Recommends and implements programs to support client needs
- assistances crew members with arrangements for hospices, ground transportation, catering, linens, and other seller service conditions
- Complies with all applicable field and Jet Aviation programs, regulations, and laws
- Represents Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with assiduity groups, nonsupervisory bodies and the General Dynamics network
- Liabilities are within the client Support Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines

- 2 times previous FBO working experience or a client- service affiliated field experience(e.g. hospitality) preferred
