A position on the Enterprise Insights team means you'll be a champion for our current and future guests, inspiring the organization to act in your best interest. Under her leadership, her team will help partners develop consumer-centric strategies and activations.
As Director, Experience Insights, you will report to the Sr. Director, Experience Insights and have responsibility for driving actionable insights into Target's guest experience. You will be responsible for identifying ideas that result in continuous improvement in how our guests interact with Target across all touchpoints. Additionally, this lead will be responsible for understanding buyer journeys and consumer behavior at each touchpoint along the journey. They will be responsible for integrating digital engagement, VOG metrics, marketing engagement data (e.g. email) and consumer research into narratives that highlight opportunities to improve guest experience and retention. They will also be responsible for understanding the competitive experience, weighing the advantages and disadvantages of Target. Additionally, you will work with your direct reports to ensure the business opportunity is clearly articulated, create a scenario-based framework, scope and ensure that the best method is used given the business needs and constraints, and communicate ideas in a that has an impact on the business the deal. Options You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing future Insights leaders. The key responsibilities for this job are outlined in this job description. About you:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of work experience in market research, consumer insights and/or experiential insights
- Solid knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, syndicated and proprietary information tools.
- Ability to clearly summarize and communicate complex outcomes to focus on critical implications and opportunities
- Strong coaching, mentoring and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of CX measurement solutions (e.g. Medallia, In-Moment, Qualtrics, SMG)
- Professional experience in CX Insights or Analytics
Travel required no more than 25%
This position may be considered for a remote or hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A hybrid working arrangement means that the core role of team members will be a mix of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A remote work arrangement means that the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that is not a duty location, does not have a head office desk at headquarters, and is able to commute to headquarters up to 4 times a year. Job duties may not be performed outside the country of primary employment, unless otherwise directed by Target. The salary range is: USD $123,100.00 - USD $221,600.00.
