Member Advocate I Am Responsible For Providing A Positive Member Experience Via Phone And Email. Important Duties And Responsibilities
- Handles Incoming And Outgoing Calls In A Contact Center Environment
- Demonstrate A High Level Of Customer Service Skills And Professionalism When Dealing With Members/Staff/Management
- Builds Positive Relationships With Members
- Maintains Detailed Records Of Merchant And Member Communications In Database And/Or Shared Systems As Required
- Skilled In Working On Various Additional Projects Continue In Informational Materials
- Clearly Communicates All Automotive Programs Including Events And Special Offers For Members
- May Conduct Sales Training On Promotions And Special Offers
- May Conduct Post-Purchase Promotional Surveys With Members
- Adheres To All Established Policies And Procedures
- It May Be Necessary To Work With The Contact Center Filter
- Other Tasks As Assigned
Requirements:
