The General Manager, Operations - Reservations &Amp; Customer Care Is Responsible For The Day-To-Day Management Of The Division's Operations, Including Real-Time Operational Management To Maximize Performance And Achieve Customer Performance Targets. This Role Is Responsible For Operational Processes And Initiatives That Support The Achievement Of Customer Service Goals. General And Key Responsibilities:
Manages Hour-By-Hour Day-To-Day Performance By Leading A Dedicated 24/7 Operations Team At The Center And Engagement Centers Alongside Engagement Center Management
- Leverages Operational Leverage To Balance Contact Demand And Resource Capacity And Meet Lead Times Through Close Planning And Real-Time Management Of Our Workforce In A Complex, Multi-Channel Environment.
- Identify Opportunities And Implement Projects To Improve Operations, Customer Service, Employee Satisfaction And Financial Performance
- Maintains And Improves Job Center Operations By Monitoring System Performance, Managing System And Process Improvement, And Quality Assurance Programs
- Create A Positive And Motivating Work Environment. Leadership By Demonstrating Delta's Core Values As Outlined In The Road Rules
- Implements Security Procedures And Ensures That All Policies And Procedures Support Employee, Customer And Facility Security
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Applicants For This Position Must Have At Least A Bachelor's Degree In Business Or A Related Field And 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contact Center Operations
- Strong Analytical, Data, Reporting And Leadership Skills; Ability To Develop Effective Relationships With All Levels
- Proven Management And Development Skills, Ability To Manage Large Projects And Maintain Multiple Priorities Simultaneously
- Systems Thinker, Experience With Process Design And Implementation
- Proven Employee, With The Ability To Work In Divisional And Operational Teams. Wise Crisis Management. Must Be A Creative Business Leader And Have Strong Organizational Skills With A Track Record Of Sound Business Acumen
