Summary Of Work
Director And Manages Internal Investigations Under The Direction Of The Director, Internal Investigations. Collaborates With Cross-Functional Partners Including Asset Protection, Employee Relations, Privacy, Legal And Audit Related To Research Management And Reporting. Generates Relevant Case Status Follow-Up Reports And Assists In Managing The Case Management System. Provides Management Support To Program Elements Including Administration, Policy, Oversight, Training And Reporting.
Job Responsibility
- Directs And Conducts Investigations Under The Direction Of The Director, Internal Investigations.
- Prepares Summaries Of Investigation Cases And Cooperates With The Legal Representative As Needed. Identifies Opportunities To Improve And Streamline Investigative Reporting.
- Assists In The Development Of Standards And/Or Bylaws For WBA Or Division Disciplinary Review Committees. Designs Kpis And Reports For Management And BOD To Highlight Research Trends.
- Maintains Effective, Collaborative Working Relationships To Achieve Increased Compliance Program Satisfaction And Participation. Develops And Coordinates Training Related To Research Processes; Can Create Job Assistants Or Other Tools As Needed.
- Coordinates With The Training Team And Head Of International And RPU Compliance To Address System Or Process Improvements Identified During Investigations. Coordinates With The Data Analysis/Monitoring Team In Designing Regular Monitoring And Review Of Research Data
- Maintains Up-To-Date Skills, Expertise And Competency In Compliance With Laws, Regulations, Directives And Guidelines That Affect The Walgreens Product Offering.
