As the Business Operations Coordinator, you will support the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team working closely with Studios Rockstar Games, 2K, Ghost Story, Private Division and Zynga to drive cross-brand sales of industry-leading games. D2C channels such as Studio online stores and other online shopping channels.
- Maintain a global content catalog for each store using catalog management systems and ensure updates are processed in a timely manner and according to the label's release schedule and requirements.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns based on label and direct-to-consumer team requirements. Interact with internal and external customer service partners to quickly investigate and resolve issues.
- Work across multiple departments within the Take-Two organization and externally with third party platforms and delivery services. Use data tools and analyze sales reports to implement store sales and demand planning.
- Monitor exception reports to identify issues and quickly resolve them internally or externally with third parties.
- Check stores for accuracy, errors and outdated information.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- 2-3 years of experience in direct-to-consumer content management systems, e.g. Happy Shopify
- Total attention to detail and independent work ethic.
- Ability to manage diverse data sets and effectively drive critical analysis and insights.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- JD Edwards is experiencing a surplus.
- An interest in video games is a plus.
