The Associate Facilities CAFM Analyst invests in the future of Southwest's people by supporting Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS). This role manages and provides administrative support for database integration between asset tools and IWMS tools. They also maintain Revit As-Built records by closing capital improvement processes and utilizing their knowledge of engineering standards for architectural records and layout drawings. The CAFM Associate Facilities Analyst has a strategic mindset and is excited to join a growing team that supports Southwest's plans, growth and optimization initiatives.

Stay up to date with changes and updates to IWMS and CAFM systems
Integrate with our existing software to create a complete IWMS
Generate reports from the CAFM database
Collaborate with team members and internal customers to ensure data reliability to enable our customers to make informed decisions
Create training in a variety of formats using a technical toolkit
Maintain master CAD files for company facilities
Coordinate with other departments to collect relevant data to optimize utilization of Southwest Airlines Spaces
Collaborate with team members and internal customers to provide reliable data to enable our customers to make informed decisions
Acts as the team's subject matter expert for CAFM, as-built drawings, as-built file management and application-related support
May prepare materials and lead or participate in project review meetings, quality testing, and collaborate with other vendors and other departments
May perform other job duties as directed by supervisors
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in creating accurate engineering plans, plans, drawings and models
Knowledge of data analytics
Can use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Ability to uncover root causes to solve complex problems and issues
