You Will Work Closely With Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, Campaign Management, Opt-In &Amp; Support And API / Ad Tech Partners And Be Responsible For Creating The Search Journey Map And Priorities For The Company.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Solid Understanding Of The Media/Retail Media Industry And A Background In Paid Search. This Is An Analytical And Revenue-Oriented Document Dedicated Exclusively To The Search Product.
Responsibilities:
- Manage A Team Of Search Performance Managers And Specialists Responsible For Delivering Approximately $200 Million In Search Advertising Revenue
- Drive The Sourcing Plan, Manage Priorities And Timelines In Collaboration With The Head Of Sales And Other Cross-Functional Teams
- Explore Automation Solutions That Reduce The Time It Takes For Advertisers To Implement Optimization
- Develop Partnerships With Other Agencies And Platform Partners
- Develop A Deep Understanding Of Sam's Club Product Technology And Underlying Architecture To Create A Sponsored Product (Search) Playbook And Best Practices To Ensure The Success And Growth Of MAP Advertising Campaigns.
- Identify Opportunities For Data And Process Improvement By Tracking Existing Metrics, Analyzing Data And Collaborating With Internal Cross-Functional Teams As Needed
- Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Identify New Growth Opportunities
- Define Performance And Optimization Processes, Slas And Best Practices
- Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams On All Campaign Issues And Remove Third-Party Ad Blocking To Ensure Revenue And Search Campaign Performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree In Business Or Related Field. Strong Analytical Thinking And The Ability To Clearly Communicate Findings And Solutions Both In Writing And Orally
- Ability To Effectively Influence And Communicate Across Functions With A Strong Focus On Collaboration
- Good Knowledge Of Keyword Bidding Strategies, Budget Cap Management And Optimization Tactics
- Experience With Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo!, Amazon And All Paid Search Terminology And Key Tools (Eg Adwords, Adcenter, Retail Search, Etc.)
- Experience With Apis And Self-Service Platforms
- Very Comfortable With Direct Customer Interaction, Including Presentations, With The Ability To Translate Technical Concepts Into Customer-Friendly Language
- Experience Developing Media Strategies Based On Data, Insights And Analytics.
