The Operations Support (Ops) Association for Network Traffic Control (NOC) invests in our Purpose by expanding the department's administrative support for air traffic controllers and NOCs. This role is responsible for scheduling, payroll, overtime appeals and auditing. The NOC Ops Support Associate is a strong communicator who looks forward to expanding hospitality in a dynamic environment.

Provides departmental administrative and operational support to non-contracted and non-contracted NOC employees. The person responsible for managing the NOC planning must ensure that the number of staff in the control room is adequate to maintain the safe and efficient operations of the SWA. Responsibilities
Complete the TWU 550 annual vacation plan and tender process
Plan, create and maintain annual, monthly and daily schedules for all dispatchers in the company's scheduling system
Prepare, analyze and review SWA NOC contract and non-contract employee time sheets prior to payroll closing
Manage NOC scheduling requirements and work with responsible NOC leadership to ensure staffing levels are adequate to maintain safe and efficient SWA operations
Implement and solve complex operational tasks in a timely manner
Ensure NOC and Dispatch staff are scheduled to meet operational and contractual requirements
Assist NOC management in ensuring planning compliance with applicable FAA policies and regulations
Management of daily overtime calls for dispatchers in accordance with the TWU 550 collective agreement
Ensure compliance with TWU Collective Agreement Rules 550
Use the SWA NOC payroll system, Ascent WorkZone
Provide timely communication of business plans to department staff, including timely and accurate briefing of assignments to dispatchers
May perform other job duties as directed by supervisors
